Travian

Travian is a free-to-play, browser MMORTS game from Travian Games where players start as a petty village’s elder and must do all they can to create an empire.

Set in ancient Europe, you play as a Roman, Gaul or Teuton. Each faction has unique characteristics and distinct artwork. You gather resources and use them to construct and upgrade buildings in order to create a flourishing economy. When you are ready, you can create an army, recruit a general and explore your surrounding areas. The game works in cycles of set days; towards the end of each cycle, your world is attacked by a nomadic tribe and you must defend yourself while trying to build a World Wonder. Travian is a fine MMORTS title that every fan of the genre will enjoy immensely.
