Heroes and Generals

Heroes and Generals is a free-to-play FPS game from Square Enix and Reto Moto. It is set in the WW II period and allows players to take the German, Soviet or American side and engage in massive battles in which they can rise from a simple private to a respected general.

There are four modes in Heroes and Generals; they all revolve around encounters that vary in scale and difficulty. The final one, called War is the ultimate challenge for your fighting skills and your coordination with others. Fighting and staying alive, rewards you with experience and gold and these allow you to rise in the ranks and even become a general! As a general you allocate resources and troops and buy upgrades, new weapons and vehicles for your forces. Heroes and Generals is a great WW II game that every FPS fan should try.
