Freestyle2: Street Basketball is a free-to-play Massive Multiplayer Online game from developer Joycity and publisher Gamekiss. It is an arcade-like sports game where you can show-off your moves, wear crazy costumes and play basketball with your friends or other users.

The first thing you need to do is choose a position (a class if you may). There are five available just like in the actual game, Pont Guard, Shooting Guard, Small Forward, Power Forward and Center. Each “class” comes with special characteristics and skills which allow for different gameplay. After that, you pick one of the five characters available for each position and customize their stats. With 14 different stats it’s easy to create a unique character like a lethal 3-point shooter.

Upon entering the game there are some tutorials that will explain the very basics and give you a taste of how the game is played. If you have ever played a title like this before (maybe one of the 2K series) you will find well-known functions like jump, sprint, block, screen etc. Controlling your player and shooting are easy to understand but require a certain level of training in order to actually move quickly and score. As you win matches, you get experience and points that will help you to level-up your character and purchase new skills or crazy new outfits from the in-game store.

There are three available game modes with the 3v3 one being the most popular. In this mode, two teams of three play a 10-minute game where the one who outscores the other wins the game. Freestyle2: Street Basketball features nice 3D graphics with detailed character models and fluid animations. What is more, there is a huge and dedicated game community ensuring that you will always find someone to play with. If you were looking for a fun, free basketball game to pleasantly pass your time, Freestyle2: Street Basketball should be your next move!

It was back at 1996 when Theodoros bought his first Personal Computer and with it a copy of Shogun : Total War. That was the beginning of many sleepless nights of exploring the fantastic world of gaming. He calls himself an “expert” defender and that’s his favorite gameplay style but he will not hesitate to grab a shield and go forth to protect his team as a tank. So next time you adventure in Azeroth and see a shield bearing cow named Klaras, you have found our guy! He is also a great fan of Role Playing Games. From Icewind Dale to Neverwinter Nights and Skyrim, you name it, he has played it all! He is not your average casual gamer, he is a dedicated fan!
