DOTA 2 is a free to play MOBA by Valve boasting a huge and committed player base of millions of people worldwide. The sequel of the original Defense of the Ancients (DotA), incorporates some world-class production values in terms of gameplay, content and presentation. It is also one of the most competitive online games with major tournaments, events and leagues held every year, attracting a huge audience and giving away grand prizes.

Gameplay is centered around two teams of five players who battle one another to destroy the opposing team’s Ancient structure while at the same time defending their own. Selectable heroes are currently over 100 and each one has a distinctive set of skills and attributes. Truth is that DOTA 2 is not destined to win the casual gamer who doesn’t have serious time to invest to the game.
