Crossout Review

Crossout is a free to play 3D MMO action game, by Gaijin Entertainment. Currently the game is in closed beta version, but stay tuned as the open beta is expected to launch within the first quarter of 2017.

Crossout story is about a strange catastrophic virus event during the year 2021, which caused millions of deaths worldwide and created mutations, forever altering the human race evolution. Now, there are mainly three opposing powers that struggle for dominance. The group that tries to restore order and recover the world as it was before the destruction, the group that takes advantage of chaos and the group with the unknown motives, consisting of all those that have been mutated and are still alive.

You will immerse in the brilliantly designed post-apocalyptic, “Mad Max” styled game environment and get the chance to craft your own deadly battle vehicles, customize them picking from a vast pool of parts and ride them into fierce PVP or PVE combat action trying to blow your opponents sky-high. The level of customization is truly epic, as you will be able to create vehicles according to your imagination boundaries. Alter shapes, parts, weapons, armor, support systems and cosmetics and come out of the workshop with your unique winning “beast”. Gather new items from your defeated opponents in the battlefield and create your own new advanced parts in your workshop. If you don’t like them, auction them to the in-game marketplace or sell them directly to other players.

Four distinctive factions; Engineers, Nomads, Lunatics and Scavengers are available for you to join. By being a loyal member of the team you will get the chance to improve your standing within it and access new parts, elements and missions.

Displaying brilliant graphics, fast, raw combat action, unlimited customization options, great trading elements and a mixed flair of Mad Max and Twisted Metal; all masterfully blended-in, Crossout will surely prove to be an exciting game to expect.
