Cosmos Invictus is a CCG with style. Boasting its own unique system of card combat, Cosmos Invictus delivers unto it’s players a true sense of gravitas – an achievement not easy to reach in a card based video game. While some of the gameplay may seem like more of the same in the beginning, as you begin to advance both as a collector, and as a player, you will soon discover just how intricate this battle system really can be.With the introduction of a different formation, for instance, your offensively minded mechs could suddenly form a shield, and become together more of a defensive force. By the same coin, your mechs focusing on buffing your pilot for instance could suddenly change formation, and become an offensive power house in response to the eb and flow of combat before them. This further strategic element really helps to alleviate that dash of rng that has plagued many a CCG in the past, and instead allows players of Cosmos Invictus to rely more completely not only on their hand, or even their deck – but instead on themselves, and their own intuition and tactical ability.Cosmos Invictus is just the sort of game I love to see. Something fresh and new, that no one has ever really explored before. It’s not tried and true, and it’s not guaranteed to succeed – but what it is guaranteed to do, is to shake things up. To force the genre to adapt, and to allow for gamers the chance to see that they would like it to. Original games like Cosmos Invictus are a credit to modern game development, and are the very thing that allows us both as gamers, and as human beings, to progress forwards towards something brighter down the line. I could not suggest you try Cosmos Invictus more, for its originality, sure – but most of all.. Because it’s just a damn good game.Minimum System RequirementsOperating System: Windows Vista, 7, 8 Processor: Intel Premium D or AMD Athlon 64 X2 Memory (RΑΜ): 2GB RAM Hard Disk Space: 1GB Available Space Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce 6800 (256MB) or ATI Radeon X1600 (256MB) or better2D Client TCG
