Champions Online is a free-to-play Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) developed from Cryptic Studios and published by Perfect World Entertainment. Players create the superhero of their dreams and fight against Crime and Evil in Millennium City.

Before starting your crime-fighting career, you must create a superhero; developers have come up with a huge list of classes (archetypes) for you to choose. Each archetype has distinct superpowers and can fulfill one or more of the traditional roles of tank, healer or damage dealer. Players that choose to set up a subscription are granted access to additional aesthetic options, plus the ability to mix and match abilities from different archetypes.

The quest-driven story will have you explore Millennium City in the form of numerous instanced locations that can be soloed or, later in the game, must be dealt with in a party. Combat is action-based and requires constant moving and timely use of your hero’s powers; in higher levels, your enemies become more challenging and they will put all of your skills to the test!

As you level up your character you will be able to create and fight against your Nemesis! That’s right, you can make a supervillain, choose their appearance and superpowers and the game will set up a series of quests for you to take that will end with you facing your archenemy! What is more, you can make up to eighteen of them!

Champions Online features colorful 3D graphics with well-detailed character models and awesome visual effects; heroes have excellent animation and the gameworld is masterfully designed. To cut a long story short, Champions Online is a game that every superhero fan should not miss; other gamers will find out that this is a title that they can have a really good time with!

It was back at 1996 when Theodoros bought his first Personal Computer and with it a copy of Shogun : Total War. That was the beginning of many sleepless nights of exploring the fantastic world of gaming. He calls himself an “expert” defender and that’s his favorite gameplay style but he will not hesitate to grab a shield and go forth to protect his team as a tank. So next time you adventure in Azeroth and see a shield bearing cow named Klaras, you have found our guy! He is also a great fan of Role Playing Games. From Icewind Dale to Neverwinter Nights and Skyrim, you name it, he has played it all! He is not your average casual gamer, he is a dedicated fan!
