Champions of Titan is a fast paced, Sci-Fi MOBA that takes a few genre standards, a few MMORPG standard, and a whole bunch of originality, and mixes it all into one, amazing online experience.

Combining the socio economic aspects of a true MMORPG, as well as the battle mechanics and arena setting of the MOBA genre, Champions of Titan delivers an immediately rewarding experience in far more ways than one. As PvE focused player, you can join your guild in exciting and challenging raid scenarios, with the promise of great rewards waiting for you all at the end. As a PvP fan, you can delve into any number of varying combat arenas, from tactical group based battles, to large scale free for all fights, where truly anything can happen!

One of the finer points of Champions of Titan, and something that so many similar titles as of late have failed to properly execute, is the combat system. Comprising of movement abilities, crowd control effects, magical and physical attacks, and buffs and debuffs, Champions of Titan manages to deliver an exciting and tactical battle feel, while still managing to make it feel fresh and unique to its own design, rather than being a clear rip off of some tried and true method.

With its champions generally falling into the old industry standard of healer/tank/dps, Champions of Titan is forced to work hard to prove that its cast is not just another generic bunch of placeholders with different skill tags. Fortunately, in this case, we the player are able to help. With Champions of Titan’s customization features, you can be sure that no two players will ever be playing even the same class, in just the same way.

Champions of Titan is a bold new look at the MOBA genre, and it is something that is sorely needed by the community at large. Forgetting for a moment all of its mechanics, and its features, and just looking at the premise even will tell you all that you need to know. Champions of Titan is not a MOBA looking to do the same old thing. These guys are reaching for something new, and in the end, whether or not their game is a success (I think it will be) they will be, for trying to do something creative – for pushing the envelope. For trying to be better than what came before.

A writer of fiction and lover of all things fantastical, Matthew has spent many of his days immersed in one created world or another, be they an MMO, traditional video game, or a work of literary fiction. Having been both an avid writer and video game lover for his entire life, the next logical step seemed to be, you guess it, writing about video games. And so here he is, doing that.
