Camelot Unchained is the Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) from City State Entertainment. Your world is broken and Camelot is in ruins. Three Realms seek to rebuild the One True City and in the process fight a war of dominance; you must help one of them prevail.

There are three Realms to ally with; will it be the noble Arthurians, the fierce and warlike Vikings or Tuatha Dé Danann, the forest people? Every Realm features seven different races, all with unique characteristics and twelve classes with distinctive gameplay. There is an extended skill tree and as you gain levels, you unlock new talents allowing for new possibilities. Using your abilities rather than endless grinding gives you experience to level up. Craft everything you need, from your armor and weapons to your food and cooperate with others to destroy your Realm’s enemies.

Combat in Camelot Unchained is a completely new process; each action is a combination of components that players must choose. Depending on the choice of class or race, some components may or may not be available. What is more, every part of your character’s body is a distinct piece with its own hit points and depending on your equipped gear, armor. This means that you may be hit for example on your off-sword hand but can still fight (with a penalty due to bleeding) since your sword arm is intact. All of the above make battle a challenging experience where skill, precision and sometimes luck are the keys to victory.

Camelot Unchained is a game with Player versus Player (PVP) orientation; except for three safe zones, players can fight each other everywhere whether in small duels or in large scale battles of high importance. There is a constant struggle for capturing new lands or reclaiming old ones. This is where crafters will perform their magic and build settlements and fortifications.

Camelot Unchained is a title that presents players with a fresh take on what we consider a MMORPG to be; its unique combat system, the vast world where almost everything is created by its inhabitants, the gamers and the intense PVP action create a combination that very few games can match.

Good

It was back at 1996 when Theodoros bought his first Personal Computer and with it a copy of Shogun : Total War. That was the beginning of many sleepless nights of exploring the fantastic world of gaming. He calls himself an “expert” defender and that’s his favorite gameplay style but he will not hesitate to grab a shield and go forth to protect his team as a tank. So next time you adventure in Azeroth and see a shield bearing cow named Klaras, you have found our guy! He is also a great fan of Role Playing Games. From Icewind Dale to Neverwinter Nights and Skyrim, you name it, he has played it all! He is not your average casual gamer, he is a dedicated fan!
