BabelTime is the producer and PlayWebGame the publisher of Anime Pirates, a free-to-play, Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) that you can play from your browser. It is set in the universe of One Piece, the worldwide popular manga and anime series.

You start by choosing one from the six available in-game characters that actually represent a different class. Each character has its own background story and of course, different abilities. Your ultimate goal is to find the hidden treasure of the legendary Pirate King. To achieve that you need to assemble a crew and take it to battle. Crew members can be hired and have various abilities that should be strategically used in combat. From time to time and when there is a tough battle ahead, NPCs from the One Piece series will appear and fight by your side. These are powerful allies that will greatly boost your combat abilities.

There are numerous battle formations to choose from and each one is better fitted to different situations. Every formation has five spots that need to be filled with one of your crewmen. These two are the basic strategic decisions you need to make; after that, combat takes place automatically with beautiful animations, nice visuals and funny sound effects. Keeping your crew trained and well equipped is essential if you want to be victorious.

Anime Pirates is a fast paced, addictive MMORPG which offers a highly entertaining experience that every fan of the genre or fan of the One Piece series will love.

Good

It was back at 1996 when Theodoros bought his first Personal Computer and with it a copy of Shogun : Total War. That was the beginning of many sleepless nights of exploring the fantastic world of gaming. He calls himself an “expert” defender and that’s his favorite gameplay style but he will not hesitate to grab a shield and go forth to protect his team as a tank. So next time you adventure in Azeroth and see a shield bearing cow named Klaras, you have found our guy! He is also a great fan of Role Playing Games. From Icewind Dale to Neverwinter Nights and Skyrim, you name it, he has played it all! He is not your average casual gamer, he is a dedicated fan!
