Heroes of the Storm is a free to play online 3D MOBA game, by Blizzard Entertainment, set up in a trans-dimensional cosmic storm; called Nexus, hosting multiple separate realms. Highly detailed, faithful to Blizzard’s high production standards, Heroes of the Storm shines through its top notch presentation, the excellent graphics, the flawless animations and the successful blending of iconic characters from Warcraft, Diablo and Starcraft.

You will select your Hero from a vast pool of Assassin, Specialist, Support and Warrior characters, each one with his / her unique skills and abilities. Assassins are skilled attackers that rely heavily on hit and run attacks and proper timing, but they are quite vulnerable and lack in defensive abilities. Specialists are diversified characters, boasting varied skills in order to be able to control or direct the battle’s flow. Warriors are strong and can withstand heavy attacks with increased resistance. Support heroes can assist their team through healing and buffing or enemy stunning but they have low damage dealing abilities.

Deciding on which class and which specific hero to use, should be based on your playstyle preferences and requires a certain amount of in-game experience. The gameplay is fast paced, highly competitive and immersive and the game modes multiple and varied. Engaging in unranked matches versus A.I., quick matches or Heroes brawl; a crazy weekly event, will provide you with valuable experience, gold and daily quest progress. Whenever you feel ready, ranked solo, cooperative and team play modes await you to prove your worth, obliterate your opponents and ultimately climb up to mountain’s peak, the “Grand Master” level.
