Super Dancer Online Extreme is a social dance game that was developed by 9you and published by Cib Net Station. Starting out players have the chance to create their character with an extensive set of options to choose from. After completing this, the game takes you to the tutorial screen which includes a variety of practices (basic, dual key and timing) that can be completed or completely skipped.

The graphics of the game have an anime theme to them and you can definitely tell that the game was released 10 years ago as they might be a turn off for players trying the game in 2017. Players enter the lobby and then they either host or pick one of the available rooms in order to join a five player common space. This social space is used to set up your character, chat with other players and get ready for the game. When everyone is set to go the game commences and by using the preferred keys like W,A,S,D and directional keys you will need to time the on screen buttons to your button presses similar to the system present in games like guitar hero.  At the end players get a grade depending on how they performed overall and are credited experience and G coins as rewards.

There is an option to marry other players at the Wedding building available in the main space of the game. Also, an in game shop exists that provides clothing options to players and can be rented for a certain amount of time with the G coins that are earned after completing a game. To sum up, Super Dancer Online recently closed 10 years of being released and it even had a tournament in Malaysia. The graphics are anime looking and simplistic but the positive aspect is that they can run even on the most low end computers. I would suggest giving it a try if you enjoy games like guitar hero or tap tap revolution.
