The Blade & Soul: False Idols update goes live today! Get ready for some major and minor changes!

First of all, players must complete at least one clear of Tower of Infinity or Circle of Sundering each week in order to be eligible for weekly rewards in that ranking. Also, completing the Naryu Sanctum, Irontech Forge, Ebondrake Lair, Starstone Mines, Hollow’s Heart, Drowning Deeps, Ransacked Treasury and Sandstorm Temple dungeons in Hard difficulty will now have a chance to spawn the Merchant of Wonders who sells a variety of items and cosmetics at low prices!

Additionally, in regard with daily and weekly challenge rewards, the Daily Challenge Reward Chest will always contains 5 Gold and the amount of tradable upgrade materials in the Daily Challenge Treasure Chest will be increased while the amount of tradable upgrade materials in the Weekly Challenge Treasure Chest will be decreased. Battlegrounds will also receive a number of changes with new penalties for leaving a match or a Battleground before is completed, adjustments in ratings gain/loss when a player disconnects from a Battleground and penalties for those that go AFK during Battlegrounds.

Further changes will take place regarding Soulstones in an attempt to maintain their usefulness since there has been a decrease in their value in the Marketplace. Finally, many items will be improved and have their stats altered.
