Battlerite: Patch 1.5 – Ulric, the Unwavering Light

Patch 1.5.0 for Battlerite is live! Get ready for the return of Bakko’s Egg Brawl together with some new optimizations for improved performance and a brand-new Champion, Ulric, the Unwavering Light!

In Bakko’s Egg Brawl, magical eggs are hidden all over the Arena; dress up as Bakko, take your team, find them and throw them to your enemies! There is a huge variety of eggs and Battlerites waiting for you to discover and try out in this exciting and fast game mode! If you manage to win 15 rounds of Bakko’s Egg Brawl, you will get the Golden Rooster Chest containg the Golden Rooster and two random rare items!

Meet Ulric, the Champion of Light! Trained in the Monastery of Resonance, he’s a Holy Paladin, sworn to protect the weak, an unwavering Light against the Dark. Follower of the Way of Symphony, he enters the Arena to show to allies, enemies and spectators the importance of  the True Path!

His Hammer of Justice can Stun his opponents when fully charged, while his Holy Light calls down a beam of heavenly light that heals! Use Intervene to charge and hit an enemy, hard, or put up your shield while using Radiant Shield to block incoming attacks and fire a wave of light that applies Blind to your opponents! Use Smite instead of Holy Light and knock back your enemies with a ranged attack with increasing damage over time, or, use Aegis of Valor, throw your Aegis, inflict Incapacitate to whoever it hits and catch it when it returns to get Divinity! Condemn will throw an enemy into the air as you slam the ground with your hammer, while Crusade gives Ulric an ethereal form which lets him dash through foes and friends alike healing and damaging them in the process. Finally, Sanctuary will heal all nearby allies and apply a Shield.
