The Elder Scrolls Online: Dragon Bones – Scalecaller Peak Preview

Among the ruins of Scalecaller Peak, a mysterious cult led by Zaan the Scalecaller, a resurrected Dragon priest, is threatening to unleash a devastating plague upon Tamriel. This is the second dungeon in the brand-new DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls Online where you must search and destroy the foul dragon priest and her followers!

When Zaan was alive, she served Thurvokun, the mighty dragon; the Daedric Prince Peryite, the Lord of Pestilence, gave her a new life with her resurrection and new powers in order to unleash his wrath upon Tamriel. As you explore the dungeon you will notice a mysterious glow which is the result of the Peryite cultists’ foul experiments which have affected all its inhabitants.

Beasts and fanatical cultists are going to try and stop you from reaching their master. All of them are going to be dangerous opponents since the cult’s mysterious experiments have twisted and in the same time empowered them; even rats can hide nasty surprises! What is more, the dungeon has a lot of secrets and mechanics that can challenge even the most experienced group; you are well advised to listen carefully to what Jorvuld Davaux, your dungeon “guide” has to say! Additionally, the various bosses that guard the place will require teamwork, reflexes and a lot of luck to defeat.

Finally, at the temple’s summit the mighty dragon priest awaits for your team for a difficult fight; alone she is a fearsome adversary, but her master has given her a powerful Daedric Artifact known as Spellbreaker which transforms her immediately to a deadly foe, one that you must really struggle to defeat!

If you manage to survive the final test, you will get rewarded with a plethora of unique prizes like the Blackmarrow Necromancer skin, the Renegade Dragon Priest Mask, trophies, busts and the Jorvuld’s Guidance armor set in light, medium and heavy size, plus a Zaan monster helm should you complete the challenge in Veteran difficulty!
