League of Legends: Champion Reveal – Urgot the Dreadnought

Urgot’s large scope champion update is here with abilities like Echoing Flames (Passive), Corrosive Charge, Purge, Disdain and Fear Beyond Death. You should be aware that Urgot is a force of unlimited destruction shooting, pulling, and grinding his opponents to their deaths! Urgot enjoys close-range, head-on combat; his knee cannons can wreak havoc once he’s up close and can unleash them all.

Some of the gameplay tricks that you should take into account when playing with Urgot is that his ranged auto-attacks and Echoing Flames give him significant poke against melee top laners, but are on a long cooldown early game. Urgot’s legs don’t rotate when he turns, so you’ll have to maneuver around your opponents to make the most of Echoing Flames. Remember that Disdain helps Urgot to take advantage of those trickshot back shotgun legs and make the most of his damage, while Purge helps him proc his passive multiple times in rapid succession, with some cost on flexibility. Fear Beyond Death can be used to finish off a damaged foe.
